During his long career in Executive Search Greg has worked across a very broad range of industry sectors and functions. His early concentration was within Investment Banking and Finance. His specialisation in Property began in 1989 when he established a dedicated property recruitment capability within Hamilton James and Bruce.He built this practice by working with some of the major Banks and Fund Managers and developers during the early 1990's and, when Richard Stubley joined the company in 1996, Greg's exclusive focus became Property. Over the last 14 years he has continued to expand the firm's profile by working across all property sectors at a senior executive level.

Prior to his time in Executive Search Matt has had an extensive experience in direct real estate, equities and funds management spanning 20 years. He has worked as a valuer and consultant in direct property in the UK for leading global groups. Matt has also been a senior REIT analyst for Hambros Equities and Director of Property Investments for Barclays Global Investors managing property securities, listed and unlisted funds. He has also been General Manager to Capital Property Trust, a listed REIT now part of the Mirvac portfolio and he is currently a non Executive Director of Mirvac Funds Limited

Prior to moving into executive search Richard worked for KPMG where he gained initial exposure to the energy and resources sectors. He then moved into investment banking where he specialised in the application of derivative products to the debt, equity, commodity and foreign exchange markets. As a result, he has in-depth experience in developing risk weighted innovative solutions across these asset groups

Owen began his career in executive search 10 years ago and now focuses on the infrastructure and real estate sectors from our London office. In 2003 he assisted Marcus De Luca in establishing LEonard Michael Consulting which is now incorporated into Conari Partners. He is responsible for leading the execution of assignments in the UK and Europe across the infrastructure/PPP, power, oil and gas, mining, telecoms and real estate sectors. He maintains daily contact with the Australian operation thus ensuring that clients are serviced on a global basis from London and Australia.
