Conari Partners was established in 2008 and is a partnership between three established successful boutique search firms, Hamilton Partners, Leonard Michael and Thomas Hardy.

Hamilton Partners was established in 1991 as a specialist in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Financial Markets.

In 2007, Hamilton Partners merged with Leonard Michael Consulting, a premier Executive Search firm based in London that focuses on the Infrastructure, Structured and Project Finance Markets.

Thomas Hardy was established in 2002 to manage executive placements to the Real Estate and broader Funds Management and Financial Markets.

Conari Partners combines the specialist experience of these three groups to provide significant depth of knowledge into the people and processes within the sectors serviced, namely: Real Estate, Infrastruture, Funds Management, Investment Banking and the Financial Markets and is totally focused upon specifying, identifying and securing senior coporate executives for our clients.
